COACH TRAINING TO BECOME A CERTIFIED COACH

NEXT STEP FOR SUCCESS® announces that their coach training course, “Coaching Parents, Struggling Teens and Young Adults”, has received approval from the International Coach Federation, the largest coach training accrediting body in the world. In awarding approval, the ICF program reviewers praised the course curriculum and stated that, “the ICF reviewers applaud your work and the solid anchoring of the Core Competencies within the program”.

NEXT STEP Coach Training offers its approved coach training course to professionals currently working with or those wishing to enter the field of working with parents, struggling teens or young adults. The NEXT STEP model was developed after, and based upon, years of experience working with these families. Each NEXT STEP trainer is a Certified Coach with extensive knowledge and experience working within programs for at-risk youth and their families. 

NEXT STEP Coach Training is the organization for specific coach training. We are committed to increasing the level of professionalism in the coaching field.
