Program Consulting brings to its clients a richness of experience in
teen and
young adult residential programs. All consultants and trainers
with NEXT STEP have extensive experience in
schools and programs in areas such as Executive Director, Director of Academics, Director of
Wilderness Programs, Headmaster, Director of Family Education and Services, Program Director,
